Airlines needed an effective solution that would allow their website customers
to get a more personal person-to-person customer service available to them.
We created a unique component that would allow the customer to type in their
phone number and select an option of "when" they would like to
receive a call from an American Airline customer service representative.
This component would pop up in a broser window whenever a website visitor
clicked on the "help" button in the top navigation of the webpage.
