You
know the pay phones located outside of your favorite convenient store? These
pay phones are leased by the store owner through GTE – and when they
need repair or service, these store owners don't always know who to call.
This was the challenge. We felt that if the store owner had a "sticker"
they could attach to their register, they would always know who to call.
So we created a direct mail campaign called "peel. stick. call."
Show the visual of a pay phone, show a 3-d stick patch and the problem solved.
This campaign was effective in establishing positive customer relations
and increased pay phone leasing volume. Work performed
