Our client here was looking to make a marketing impact in a very saturated real estate market in Dallas, Texas. After reviewing the competitive landscape - we decided that the best way to strategically make an impact would be to leverage the uniqueness of the owner - and build a true brand in him. Huge created "Dude". The two websites we created were Dude Buys Homes and Dude Sells Homes. To fully leverage this newly developed brand was to create visuals that would make the most impact - and we created an illustrated representation of the owner.
