Ethical Optimization Warranty

Huge Advertising issues this warranty to you and/or your company as a client of Huge Advertising. Huge Advertising hereby guarantees you and/or your company that we will not use any techniques that are in partial or direct violation of the terms of submission set forth by the major Search Engines, including Google, Yahoo!, and MSN Search. As suggested in most search engine's terms, you should always question your search engine optimization specialist about what they are doing to give your website a higher position. Huge Advertising guarantees you the right to get a report of all practices performed on your account and guarantees those practices to be ethical and in line with the terms of submission set forth by the above mentioned search engines. Should you prove that Huge Advertising has violated these terms or if your website gets delisted from Google, Yahoo, or MSN while under the care of (retaining for services) Huge Advertising; Huge Advertising will refund your two month's of management fees to your website's owner. Huge Advertising is only responsible for delistings that occur based on techniques performed by Huge Advertising and will not honor this warranty if you, your website's owner, or unauthorized third party use unethical practices and techniques on your website. In the unlikely event of a delisting at the fault of Huge Advertising, Huge Advertising will actively act on your behalf to get your website listed once more. All Huge Advertising accounts are covered under this warranty while in good standing with Huge Advertising.
