All work displayed on our website is work created by Huge Advertising and/or our online designers, offline designers, web developers or programmers.

Because our workload includes the development of campaigns for other agencies and marketing companies, Huge Advertising permits these agencies and marketing companies to claim our work (and awards) as their own and include them in their portfolios.

Our apparel designs and custom catalogs were created for our apparel manufacturing client(s) and then presented as their own directly to their A) Private Label Retailers, or B) Ad Specialty Company partners in the Promotional Products Industry – who then take our apparel designs and present them to their end-user clients as their own. Like all of our clients who present our work to their third-party clients, Huge Advertising allows our apparel manufacturing client(s) to claim our work as their own and include them in their portfolios – and their Ad Specialty Company partners in the Promotional Products Industry are also permitted to claim our work as their own and include them in their portfolios. For privacy purposes, Huge Advertising has chosen not to disclose our apparel manufacturing client's(s) Ad Specialty Company partners – but instead list our apparel manufacturing company client(s) on all apparel designs and catalog samples shown on our website.

Because we were hired to perform all of the work you see on our website – we created, developed and produced all of this work for a specific end-user client – we may include some third-party clients on our client list under the category of 'End-User Clients'.

Huge Advertising develops and executes advertising campaigns, both online and offline, directly for our clients (known as 'direct clients'), as well as for our offline advertising agency clients ('offline' refering to any media including print, television, radio, direct mail, and any non-web-based campaign), our online advertising agency clients ('online' referring to any campaign on the web, including websites, microsites, online advertising components, and any campaign in an online capacity) and our marketing company clients – all of which who present our creative ('creative' referring to any creative execution related to an advertising or marketing campaign) to their clients (known as 'indirect clients' and 'third party clients') as their own. Samples on our website include the work we performed for both our direct and indirect clients. In all cases when third party work is shown as samples on our website, the ad agency or marketing company is listed.

While most of the samples displayed on our website are campaigns or work that were reviewed and selected by the client for publication, there are some incidents where multiple campaigns were presented but not all were executed by the client.

In some cases, the photo images used were placed into the campaign 'For Placement Only' and optional photos were used by the client. In all cases where a photo was used, it was the client's sole responsibility to secure the rights to that photo. Huge Advertising does not purchase images for the client nor do we represent that we are the owners of those images. Image usage is the sole responsibility of the end-user client.

Some campaign samples shown are currently active in the marketplace, while others were used during that client's designated advertising cycle or run. Due to the constant updating of website design and content, some website design samples shown may not be current to those currently on the web.

Any information submitted through our online forms will not be used in any capacity other than its intended purpose (intended purpose specifically being to provide you additional or detailed information on Huge Advertising's portfolio of services, proposals for engagement, and/or project estimates). Huge Advertising will not distribute or share any client email, contact, pricing or project information to any third party. It is our intention to keep all client information private and confidential.
